Terms & Conditions - Free First Transfer

1. Eligibility

  1. 1.1   This Promotion is exclusively available to new users of the LuLu Money Malaysia App who have not previously completed a
    transaction (“First Time Transacting Users”).
  2. 1.2   To qualify, the user must successfully register and complete their first international money transfer via the LuLu Money
    App during the promotional period.

2. Promotion Details

  1. 2.1   Eligible users will receive *zero transfer fees for their first successful international money transfer* made through the LuLu Money App.
  2. 2.2   This fee waiver applies only to the transfer fee.
  3. 2.3   This fee waiver is applicable strictly to users of the LuLu Money App.

3. Scope & Transaction Rules

  1. 3.1   The offer is valid for transfers to all destination countries currently supported by LuLu Money Malaysia.
  2. 3.2   This offer is valid only for transactions initiated and completed through the LuLu Money Malaysia mobile app. Transactions made at physical branches or via other channels are excluded.
  3. 3.3   This offer is strictly not applicable to customers who select the “Pay at Branch” option within the LuLu Money App.
  4. 3.4   The fee waiver applies only to the *first successful transaction* . In the event a transaction is cancelled, fails due to incorrect information, or is refunded, the user will not be eligible to apply the “Free First Transfer” offer to subsequent transactions.

4. General Provisions

  1. 4.1   LuLu Money Malaysia reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
  2. 4.2   LuLu Money reserves the right to disqualify any user suspected of fraud, platform abuse, or violation of the company’s general Terms of Service.
  3. 4.3   By participating in this Promotion, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these specific Terms & Conditions in addition to the LuLu Money Malaysia general User Agreement.

5. Governing Law

  1. 5.1   These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
