  • Regional Track Record: Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries, with a preferred focus on APAC markets.
  • Labor Law Expertise: Strong operational knowledge of specific employment laws in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Hong Kong.

  • Multi-Country Operations:Manage and oversee core HR functions across Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Hong Kong to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies.
  • Recruitment & Manpower Planning:Lead regional recruitment strategies and workforce planning, while overseeing sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters while actively promoting a positive work culture and engagement.
  • Training & Development:Identify regional training needs, implement development programs, and support leadership development alongside succession planning.
  • Compensation & Payroll Oversight: Oversee payroll coordination and ensure strict statutory compliance related to payroll and employee benefits across all covered markets.
  • Performance Management:Drive regional performance appraisal processes and support increment, promotion, and performance improvement plans (PIP).
  • HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure absolute compliance with regional labor laws, maintain accurate HR records, and manage HRMS and workforce analytics.
