- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Postgraduate qualifications in HR are an added advantage).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of total HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or regional HR role.
- Regional Track Record: Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries, with a preferred focus on APAC markets.
- Labor Law Expertise: Strong operational knowledge of specific employment laws in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Hong Kong.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to work across cross-border teams.

- Multi-Country Operations:Manage and oversee core HR functions across Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Hong Kong to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies.
- Recruitment & Manpower Planning:Lead regional recruitment strategies and workforce planning, while overseeing sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters while actively promoting a positive work culture and engagement.
- Training & Development:Identify regional training needs, implement development programs, and support leadership development alongside succession planning.
- Compensation & Payroll Oversight: Oversee payroll coordination and ensure strict statutory compliance related to payroll and employee benefits across all covered markets.
- Performance Management:Drive regional performance appraisal processes and support increment, promotion, and performance improvement plans (PIP).
- HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure absolute compliance with regional labor laws, maintain accurate HR records, and manage HRMS and workforce analytics.
